| An Access developer / Project Co-ordinator is required to work for a large blue chip firm in the city. Ideal candidates must be keen, enthusiastic, proactive with Advanced Access skill. Must be able to mentor others and come from an project-based background. Successful candidate will be required to improve the process of training need - evaluation cycle both through design and then upgrading an Access database to do this job. Communicate with RSC staff through a website, learning maps and other means on what learning and training is available and improve the look of this website beforehand. Coach team members on project / process side to build their skills. Review, redesign and implement a reporting cycle to demonstrate learning activities across the centres.
