We are looking for experienced and NVQ3 qualified Healthcare Assistants to join us at Spire Hull Hospital. We have various hours vacant which include full or part time positions. Our Healthcare Assistants are an intrinsic part of our clinical teams, working closely with our Nurses in carrying out a range of basic nursing tasks under their supervision such as personal hygiene, feeding and mobility.
‘Looking after you’ is the commitment we make to each and every one of our patients, and our Healthcare Assistants play an important role in this. If you are someone who enjoys making a difference then this could be the role for you. On a daily basis you will be helping our patients maintain their comfort, privacy and dignity, and this is something that our patients are most grateful for.
We regularly support our Healthcare Assistants to achieve NVQ’s so that they can carry out an increased range of clinical tasks. As you become more experienced and qualified you will be able to broaden your range of clinical duties, making this a role that truly grows with you. A caring nature, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop are essential. |
