The accounting module is a comprehensive but easy to use accounting system, powerful enough to meet all accounting requirements but easy to understand by non accountants. It allows owners / managers to focus on running their businesses without having to worry about maintaining accurate accounting records. Options include: Sales, Purchases, Bank and Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, General Ledger
Enter / View your appointments or other employee's daily appointments. Define your organisation's time slots. Time clashes are automatically prevented.
Use this option to manage the bookings of Rooms, Desk Spaces and Other Items. Book Desk Spaces and Other Items for a day or period.
Create a catalogue of items (e.g. books). Details entered on each item include Title, Category, Location, Keywords, Ref/Number, Date and Notes. Upload documents for items.
Manage your organisation's contacts in one location. Contacts' details can be entered under defined categories. Search for contacts by Keywords. Import data from spreadsheet.
Comprehensive but easy to use customer relationship management system designed for anyone who has to deal with customers ( e.g. sales, marketing, support ... ). Provides a true view of all customer data. Options include Accounts, Activities, Appointments, Campaigns, Cases, Contacts, Leads, Notes, Opportunities/Prospects, Sales, Tasks, Other Data.
Every user can keep a daily record of events. Diary entries can be marked as completed or not.
Upload Documents under various Categories and Locations. Allow access to specific employees.
Record enquiries and complaints received from Internal or External sources. Enter details such as Description, Priority, Action Recommended, Status, etc.
Staff can record expenses using this option. Set up headings (e.g. Expenses for January 2020) and enter transactions under each heading. Submit headings to Cash Book for approval.
Users can use this option to set goals for themselves and other people. Produce reports such as "Tasks for Today" or "Overdue Tasks"
Provide support to your customers, employees, etc. Log cases, prioritise them and assign them to members of the support team. Enter response and feedback notes. Maintain a knowledge base of solutions.
The HR Self Service option is a portal that allows employees to view their data (e.g. Absences, Health, Leave etc) entered by the Human Resources department. Employees can also book leave, print payslips, apply for loans, etc using this option.
Manage your organisation's most important assets: its employees. Enter comprehensive details on employees including Absences, Holidays, Health, Qualifications, Salary Details, etc Produce various reports such as "Headcount Distribution" and "Labour Turnover".
A lot of workforces suffer from poor communication, lack of trust and low engagement. The Ideas / Suggestions tool is a great way of sharing ideas, brainstorming, etc to create a better working environment.
Manage your marketing efficiently and effectively using this module. Set up campaigns, budgets, etc and enter activities under each campaign. Produce various reports such as "Activities in a Period", "Uncompleted Activities" and "Income and Expenses".
Keep a record of all meetings held. Details entered include Date of Meeting, Chaired By, Reason and Notes. List of Attendees can also be recorded. Produce reports such as "Meetings held in a period".
Users of ScollTools can easily send messages to each other through this module. Users receive alerts when messages are received.
This is a general notice board where notices can be posted for all employees. Notices can include links to external websites and have expiry dates. Every notice posted will appear on the Dashboard and will be displayed until its expiry date.
Use this option to record returnable (e.g. Equipment) and non-returnable (e.g. Stationery) items issued to employees. Use the Stock Adjustments option to record Items added or deducted. Run reports such as "Items overdue for return" or "Items below minimum stock level".
Every user can create their own specific database. Create Categories and enter details such as Name/Title, Category, Keywords, Reference, Notes and Status.
Log all phone calls received. Mark phone calls as Incomplete or Complete. Run reports such as "Phone calls received in a Period."
Record details of mail sent and received. Details entered include Date, Sent to, Received From, Reply Required, Priority, Status ...
This is an easy to use Project Management tool for managing any type of project. Use the Finance option to set budgets and record expenses. Other options includeThings To Do, Time Recording, Resources and Notes...
Keep a record of all potential customers here. Enter Notes on each record and upload Documents.
Employees can use this module to requests items from Line Managers, etc.
Management of service and maintenance jobs requires effective scheduling. This module will help you manage your Service and Maintenance teams efficiently. Receive alerts for upcoming jobs. Produce reports such as "Jobs Overdue"

A simple online directory of your organisation's employees. Search for an employee by Name or Department.
Simple task reminder. Users receive alerts for upcoming tasks. Authorised users can assign tasks to other users.
Electronic Visitors Book. Record details of visitors (e.g. Name, Company, Arrival Time, Departure Time, Person being visited, etc. ) Print badges, produce reports, etc). Employees can also book details of visitors expected.
