Modules

The following are the modules available in winHOUSE. Click on any module for details.

This module is used for managing tenants' accounts. Set up unlimited accounts, enter charges (e.g. Rent, Council Tax, etc) and debit frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc). The tenants account will automatically be debited as specified. Archive details of tenants when the leave.

Using this module, tenants can log in to view their balances, produce statements, etc. Please note that like online banking systems, tenants can only view their accounts.

Enter debits and credits for tenant account. Single or batch entries. Produce statements for current or archived tenants.

This module is used to manage repairs and maintenance. Other options in this module include Services, Furniture and Communal Area activities. Produce detailed or brief reports.

Details of all the properties managed are recorded here. Properties can be saved as occupied or void.

Maintain a register of applicants using this module.

Notices for tenants using the self service portal are entered here.

Use this module to set reminders for upcoming events.

winHOUSE has the following management tools:

Accounting: Manage your financial transactions using this complete accounting system. No need to purchase a separate accounting system. Powerful enough to meet all accounting requirements but easy to use by non accountants. Options include: Sales, Purchases, Bank and Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, General Ledger.
CRM: Tool for managing relationship with customers. Options include: Accounts, Activities, Appointments, Campaigns, Cases, Contacts, Leads, Notes, Opportunities, Sales, Tasks, Other Data.
Human Resources: Comprehensive system for managing an organisation's most important assets, its employees. Includes an HR Self Service option that allows employees to view data entered on them.
Project Manager: Manage any project easily and efficiently.
